Balance is hard with unfinished business, or partially formed ideas, tugging at you. These thoughts swirl around and chaotically pop up.
A bill that needs to be paid, an unhappy spouse, a bit of work or chore that needs to be done…. As long as they are only in your mind, you need to give them some mental energy periodically to be sure you don’t loose them.
Writing them down puts them into a safe space and let’s you release them for a time. And when it’s time to pick up something new, they are there waiting for you.
